You’ll be be asked for your auction “Username “so please ensure you have it ready.
Once you book your time, you’ll receive a confirmation email of the booking and reminder approx one hour prior to the scheduled time.
That’s it… you’re all set!
What to Know!
Pick-Up Instruction / Procedure
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING APPOINTMENT.
Failure to meet any of these instructions will result in you being turned away. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All item pickup requests MUST be scheduled in advance via this booking appointment system prior to arriving for pickup.
NO PARKING is allowed in any of the numbered stalls on the property. Parking spaces marked “Visitor Parking” is for short term (15 min) only and NOT for loading/unloading. Otherwise, there is long term FREE parking available on both sides of the street (113B).
DO NOT park in the rear of the building at any time unless instructed to do so or you will be towed without warning and turned away (or both). If you have a large vehicle, park on the street until you have checked in at administration and/or instructed to proceed to the loading bay at the rear of the building.
Upon arrival, please see reception at the front desk to check in and settle your account. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive your items and/or instructed to bring your vehicle to the loading bay.
